Melanie Mills is a visionary and results-driven leader with a proven track record in scaling businesses, driving transformation, and leading high-growth diverse teams across B2B and B2C technology sectors. Successfully navigated a strategic acquisition by Experian. She blends commercial acumen with sharp strategic execution to deliver accelerated, sustainable growth with people and relationships at the heart. Her unmatched drive stems from her personal journey as a fiercely independent woman, which fuelled her passion to give back. From this, Connexion Career Collective was born, a community connecting and developing women and allies to thrive in male-dominated industries. Melanie’s mission is clear: to empower women to achieve their full potential, unlock opportunity through connection and own financial independence.
Jo Phillips is the heart behind The Woman Behind The Women, a movement helping brilliant women get paid fairly and rise into leadership. With a rich background in recruitment and learning, she’s trained thousands globally. Jo’s all about helping women ditch self-doubt, speak up with confidence, and lead with impact—because when women rise, everyone wins. Jo’s coaching has sparked salary jumps of up to £70K! She’s a certified executive coach, team coach, and Hogan assessor. A proud #IamRemarkable facilitator, Jo also hosts The Chat Womb podcast. She’s a trusted guide, speaker, and cheerleader for women ready to level up. Her superpowers? Coaching, confidence-building, personal branding, and championing inclusive leadership.
Lloyd is the founder of Sauced, a recruitment business that helps Software and SaaS companies build and scale their revenue teams. With 20 years’ experience in both sales and recruitment, he’s worked closely with founders, leaders, and investors across the UK, Europe, and the US. What drives him most, though, is people; connecting them, supporting them, and helping them unlock opportunities. He’s passionate about mentoring, community, and the role networks play in shaping careers. Lloyd is happily married and a proud dad to two young daughters, who inspire him every day with their determination and kindness. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him enjoying rugby, golf, fitness, or in the kitchen cooking for family and friends.
Becky Glover is a multi-award-winning finance and technology leader, recognised for her ability to combine strategic insight with digital innovation. Becky is a board member across multiple organisations and is a Fellow of both AAT and ACCA. Becky is a trusted voice in the profession and an active speaker at leading industry forums, where she champions the power of technology to drive efficiency, clarity, and growth. Entrepreneurial by nature, she has founded and exited an e-commerce business, and is now building Connexion Career Collective alongside the other founders to create a truly impactful space for ambitious female leaders and their allies to support one another.
Lyndsey is an accomplished operational leader driving growth, transformation, and profitability for agencies and scaleup companies. As a founding director of Climb Online, she built and scaled the company to an annual turnover of £8M+, achieved #6 on the UK Startups 100 list, and led it to an 8x multiple exit. She was a speaker on a panel for CCC and has been a supporter ever since, keen to give back and build a network outside of London.
Fia Eiworth is a post-sales expert, specialising in the customer onboarding journey. Alongside her professional work, she is a public speaker and podcaster, passionate about sharing ideas and building connections and community. Fia also mentor's women who are in the earlier stages of their career, and hosts networking meetups, creating supportive spaces for people navigating career transitions after redundancy.
Olivia is a Commercial Manager at Frontier, a boutique IT consultancy. She was first introduced to sales during her time at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where she also served as a co-lead for Scotland's WoMen's Network. Today, she focuses on building strong partnerships and helping organisations get the most out of their technology investments. Outside of work, Olivia loves to travel and lives in Glasgow with her dog, Niko.
Pinnie works in Customer Success at Hummingbird, where she helps financial institutions harness technology to fight financial crime. With a career spanning banking, fintech and regtech, she is passionate about empowering women to thrive in industries where they are underrepresented. Pinnie is the founder of Women in Compliance, a global network that supports professional growth and representation through events, mentoring and community programmes for the compliance, risk, fraud, and financial crime prevention community.
