The Framework was Co-created with Victoria Gosling OBE, MagnetIQ™ reveals the three forces that create magnetic leaders and team:

  • How You Show Up - The presence people experience, whether you're speaking or silent

  • How You Move - How you navigate decisions, pressure, and momentum. Direction vs drift.

  • How You Execute - Where intention becomes reality. Discipline, focus, and follow-through that builds trust.
