In my current role as Managing Director of Intermediary Sales at Together, I lead a 57-person division spanning field sales, telephony sales & service, roving underwriting, clubs & networks and sales operations. I’ve focused on building capability, strengthening broker partnerships and creating the high-performance, data-led culture needed to deliver long-term commercial growth.
At the centre of everything I do is my commitment to people. I’m known for nurturing potential, reframing challenges and leading through influence. I’ve been recognised for developing future leaders and embedding a coaching-led, growth-mindset culture that drives performance, accountability and change.

I am a generalist marketer and product strategist with a keen interest in technology, the HR/payroll industry, and employee financial wellbeing.
I was the first employee of payroll tech start-up PayDashboard in 2015, successfully growing the business to acquisition by FTSE100 company Experian in May 2022. I was part of the management team in the M&A process, pitching to senior Directors of interested businesses, and was ultimately retained by Experian as a key member of staff to embed the product and team into our new home.
